Mango Lassi

Summer is just around the corner but if you live in a warm climate this is a very refreshing drink through out the year (mango season). 

Ingredients
Mango
Sugar
Butter Milk (full fat milk)
Sour cream (optional)
Ground Cinnamon (optional)
Direction

Put in a blender and blend for 2 minutes then pour into individual glasses.

The lassi can be kept refrigerated for up to 24 hours.

Before you drink you can sprinkle a dash of cinnamon if you like.  I didn't have any yogurt on hand so I used homemade butter milk but it came out just as nice as the one I always have in the Indian restaurants.
