Pauline was born and raised in Tanzania. She currently reside with her family in Central New Jersey. She's the proud mom of an 8-year old girl and more than half a dozen books. She is also the editor-in-chief of Toto Shine Magazine, Co-founder and editorial director of Jersey Bound Swahili, founder of Kwanza Press, Cyber Swahili, Tanzanian Blog Awards, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tanzania (formerly known as Role Model 255), entrepreneur and a part time IT specialist but she might be most well known for just being herself.
In her free time she likes to read, write, word works and anything literacy. She's also a big fan of creating things from scratch. Though she grew up in few major metropolitan areas and later lived in a very big city but she's still not a big city person. She likes nature and enjoy spending her time in the woods hiking or camping. Although she lives just less than an hour driving from New York city but always the things that bring her to New York City are its museums and parks. She's a huge fan of the American Museum of Natural History, Museum of Modern Art, Metropolitan museum of Art and The Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum. She has always been fascinated by literature, history and high tech.
About 6 years ago she gave up a career as an IT small business consultant to become a mom and an entrepreneur. She also had a long life dream of publishing a book but she didn't know how she could ever achieved her dream. She has written so many books over the years but she knew the reality of finding a publisher would be very hard after seeing her dad passed away without finding a publisher to publish his work.
Fast forward after a lot of hard work and determination she is now a published author of more than a half a dozen books and counting. She really likes to write and to her publishing a book was not about the money, she values creativity for its own sake and writing sometimes to her is a way of releasing stress. She believes everything happens at the right time. She's so grateful, overwhelming and over joy by the number of people already bought her books.
With the help of her deeply trusted people she eventually started her own publishing company (LLC) in hopes of sharing her own knowledge with others. She has written her books so far in English and Swahili and you can find them all at Amazon online store or at Barnes and Noble.
