Car Maintanance You Shouldn't Ignore

As a woman routine car maintenance is just something on the top of the to do list. Knowing aspect basic maintenance is a key to keep your car running smooth. A friend of mine frantic called me Sunday early morning to ask what to do because her car broke down. Well, I am not a mechanic or whatsoever but I am that kind of a person that I always have the "maybe it is this and that" kind of a person. We talked for few minutes but I was not able to help her to start her car over the phone. I was a little bit skeptical of what she was telling because she bought that car brand new less than three years ago. I was jokingly that she was sold a lemon but in the evening after all said and done it wasn't a laughable news that I wanted to hear.

Twitter list feature is very cool of course if you use it. If you own more than one twitter account it is just very important to use this as it will simplify your life a lot and you won't miss anything important posted by the people you follow.

This feature is enabling you to organize the people you are following on your account. The best part is that you can group people you are following in different lists. You can call anything you want and you have the option to keep it public or private.

With this feature you can stream other people’s tweets without actually following them. You just search for people who you want to read their tweets, add them into your list and start to stream their tweets. You can even recommend to other users to follow people you are reading their tweets and you think other people should follow them too if they like. Your public list is open and anyone can see who is in there.

Clean your oven with a paste of 3/4 cup baking soda, 1/4 cup salt and 1/4 cup water. You can also use 1 cup of baking soda and a small amount of soap and water.

Mix 1/2 cup baking soda and liquid detergent until it becomes the consistency of frosting and use on stubborn stains. You can also use baking soda and a damp sponge.

Clean windows with a mixture of 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon liquid detergent, 3 tbsp. vinegar and 2 cups water. You can also use between 2 tsp. and 1 quart of vinegar with 1 quart of warm water.

Recipes for Homemade Toilet Cleaner

Mix 3 cups of white vinegar and 10 drops of tea tree essential oil.
Mix 1 cup borax with 1/2 cup lemon juice or vinegar. Let sit for several hours or overnight.
Mix 1/4 cup lemon juice and 1 cup vinegar.
Sprinkle baking soda in the bowl and then add lemon juice or vinegar.

Recipes for Homemade Furniture Polish

Mix 1/4 cup vinegar and 3/4 cup olive oil.
Mix 1/4 cup lemon juice and 1/2 cup olive oil.
Mix 1/2 tsp. olive oil and 1/4 cup vinegar or 1/4 cup lemon juice.
Add a four to five drops of lemon oil and 1/2 cup warm water.

Recipes for All-purpose Cleansers

Mix 1/2 cup vinegar, 1/4 cup baking soda and 1/2 gallon of water.

Mix 1/2 cup vinegar, 2 tsp. borax and 1/2 gallon of water.

Mix 1/2 tsp. washing soda, a small amount of liquid soap and 2 cups hot water.

Do you like to eat diet high in processed food? Researcher found eating a diet high in processed food increases the risk of depression. The British Journal of Psychiatry reported that people who ate plenty of vegetables, fruit and fish actually had a lower risk of depression.

The study was conducted over the period of a five years and after equalizing the content for factors like sex, age, education, physical activity and chronic diseases, they found that people who ate the most whole foods had a 26% lower risk of future depression and the lot with a diet high in processed food had a 58% higher risk of depression.
