I don't use this laptop that much but whenever I use it, most of the times I sync my work right away. This time I was not so lucky to do that, now I need an urgently help.
Ok I don't have any software that came with this laptop. I got off eBay for my daughter to use it whenever she wants. When I received the laptop, it was already wiped clean. It's win 7 and I don't have this software.
Now, the problem arise as a result of my daughter pushed it while she was playing one of the baking/decorating cake games. I heard a long beep. I took the battery off as I was not able to turned it off. When I restarted it this is what I am getting..
Right away when I turn it on
After 2 minutes I get this a black screen
Then after few 5 minutes or I get this, it's like searching for something for a minute or so
I googled online and found out that "maybe" there is a file missing....I don't have any recovery software. I have never backed this laptop so there is no any "restore to the previous point" here. I was not able to partition this laptop as I didn't have any software to do that.
I have tried to press Cntr+Alt +Del as some suggested but still is doing the same thing...So here is my problem...any thoughts is highly appreciated...
