These days, people don’t really have much time to organize their homes before leaving for work. They come back from work to meet their rooms disorganized. This job gives you the opportunity to choose either to do the organizing work for them or to come as a consultant, giving advice on what they could do to better organize their home. As an interior decorator, you can market your talents to building contractors. People buying new homes can be fascinated with choices and possibilities in home decoration. Start by designing questionnaires discovering the needs of home owners.

10. Marketing Copywriter:

This is a business that can yield good money. If you can write copy that gets people excited about purchasing what your client has to sell, then you are on your way to making genuine money. You will need to take a course to improve yourself and get savvy at writing copy for catalogs, brochures, advertising, and websites.

11. Personal Trainer:

You can earn good money by helping people get physically fit. You can advertise your services where everyone goes. You can also get a website where people will visit and get your training tips and training approach to help people decide which approach would work for them.

12. Property Management:

Here you can start a job of maintaining peoples property, making sure their property is running smoothly. When home owners are not around you would make regular checks on the property to ensure it is secure and safe.

13. Moving Service

People who are moving want to hire someone to do the heavy lifting for them.You can leave the large-scale, long-distance moving to the big moving companies. Your work can be the local, moving-across-town or to the town- next-door jobs. These are the ones that people think perhaps they could do themselves, and then it will be your job to convince them that you can do it for them.
