When I had my daughter I thought she would pick up Swahili language just like that....Noo it has been that easy so far...When I am asked to teach Swahili language to some kids of the parents who are from Tanzania or Kenya, I see many teens that do not speak a word in Swahili language? At first I used to wonder why but with the hectic life our kids end up in day cares or be with nannies that do not speak Swahili language at very young ages. Time to interact with our children nowadays seems to be less and less so interacting with them in Swahili language is not even practical that much. Many children end up miss learning the language.
If you would like to help your grown up child to speak more Swahili language then get my book. The book is designed for teens and will never let them get bored..
Swahili for Teens is available now in paperback and in kindle edition...http://www.amazon.com/Swahili-Teens-Pauline-Mandari-ebook/dp/B00NX11L4C/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1412088534&sr=8-1&keywords=Swahili+for+Teens
