The Contribution of Tanzanian Diaspora: Is it enough?

http://www.lib.utexas.edu/maps/tanzania.html
What if Tanzania Government starts to charge Diasporas tax? Yes, To charge anyone who holds a Tanzania passport and works outside the country if they make a certain amount of money.

America they do that to all its citizens around the world. If you work and make more than $10,000 you are required by the law at the end of the year to file tax (Federal and State tax). For those who live out of the country still they have the obligation to pay the federal tax and that makes sense to me.

I think it's a good idea because whether you live in or out of the country the daily activities of the Govt are still going on. Having a Driver License is a privilege but having a passport is a right but that right demands responsibility and comes with a cost. You have to ask yourself who is there to cover the cost? When you go home to visit though the conditions are not that superb but there is somewhere to go. Who is paying for all that to keep the country together? What is your contribution as a citizen whether you live in or out of your country?

Being proud of a certain nation is not just by talking and raising the flag but by acting and one way of acting is by momentary supporting...

Think about that....
